Steve Simpson is an international speaker, author and workplace culture specialist who has spent more than 35 years helping organisations make their unwritten rules visible.

Creator of the UGRs® concept, Steve has worked across four continents with organisations including McLaren Automotive, Kmart, Toyota and SAP. He is the author and co-author of five books and has received three Hall of Fame honours from Professional Speakers Australia, including the Nevin Award for outstanding service to the association and the speaking profession.
