About Steve
Steve Simpson is an international speaker, author and workplace culture specialist who has spent more than 35 years helping organisations make their unwritten rules visible. Creator of the UGRs® concept, Steve has worked across four continents with organisations including McLaren Automotive, Kmart, Toyota and SAP. He is the author and co-author of five books and has received three Hall of Fame honours from Professional Speakers Australia, including the Nevin Award for outstanding service to the association and the speaking profession.
